Valoris Richardson is the Vice President of One Step AT A Time, foster parent, and Social Worker. Mrs. Richardson received her Bachelor's in Social Work in 2008. She's drawn to help others, one being the Founder of "One Step At A Time." Mrs. Richardson enjoys lending a helping hand as needed to make sure people needs are met.

Mrs. Richardson is a native of North Florida and is very familiar with the prison system. Both her husband and father retired from Florida Department of Corrections.

Mrs. Richardson is a devoted wife and mother of two children. She is also a grandmother, who enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She loves the Lord and is a member at Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church.
