Tiffany Grier a Chairman of One Step At A Time (OSAAT) and an advocate for Christians helping addicts in recovery (CHAIR).  Mrs. Grier has worked in healthcare in a variety of capacities for the past ten years and is currently an Assistant Office Manager at a Family Medicine practice.

Filled with a passion to serve others, Mrs. Grier assist in community services to help people find salvation in the Lord while being a devoted member at Holmes Valley Community Church. Recovery groups occurs at Holmes Valley Community Church, where Mrs. Grier assist individuals with their road of recovery to become sober.

Mrs. Grier is a Florida Native and have witnessed drug abuse, and incarceration among family and friends. Little resources were made available to the individuals in the past and today Mrs. Grier is making sure that changes in Holmes and surrounding counties.

Today, Mrs. Grier is a devoted wife among a blended family that she truly loves.  Known as boy mom, Mrs. Grier loves each of her sons dearly.
